The Seller Readiness Assessment is free. The optional $99 North Texas pilot package includes a human-reviewed Pricing Snapshot, a Preparation Action Plan, listing photo guidance and natural lighting/color enhancements, full and short property description drafts, and a private review gallery with downloads.
Eligibility is reviewed before payment. The pilot covers eligible single-family homes in Denton, Wise, Montague, Tarrant, Collin and Dallas counties. Location, property type and available comparable sales affect eligibility.
When to expect your materials
Pricing and preparation are delivered within three business days after we receive complete property information. Prepare your home at your own pace, then upload your final listing photos. Listing materials are delivered within three business days after we receive complete, usable photos and property information. Missing information or required retakes pause that timeframe. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Review and corrections
Review your materials before using them. One consolidated round of questions or corrections is included at each stage: pricing and preparation, then listing materials. Request it within seven calendar days after that stage is delivered. A correction round covers clarification, factual corrections, description wording and lighting/color adjustments to submitted photos. New property information, a new photo set, an updated market analysis or additional rounds are reviewed separately, with any extra cost agreed before work begins. Errors caused by Home Seller Works will be corrected without an additional fee.
Refund requests
Request a full refund before your first pricing/preparation report is delivered. If we determine we cannot provide the package for your property, we will issue a full refund. After the first report is delivered, contact us so we can review what has been delivered and whether a correction or refund is appropriate. Refunds are returned through the original payment method. The time for funds to appear depends on your payment provider.
What this package covers
The Pricing Snapshot provides a supported pricing range and market context; it is not an appraisal or a guarantee of sale price or timing. This purchase does not include MLS entry, advertising placement, transaction management, legal advice, representation agreements, signs or other physical products.
Photos receive conventional lighting and color adjustments. We preserve the originals and do not use generative AI to add, remove or reconstruct property features. Decluttering, depersonalizing and repairs must happen in the home before photography. Property descriptions may be AI-assisted and are reviewed before release. You must check the facts and approve your materials before using them.
You must have permission to provide the property information and photos and authorize their processing for your order. Avoid uploading identification documents, financial documents, faces or other unnecessary personal information. A package purchase does not itself create a representation agreement. Any brokerage services require a separate agreement and applicable disclosures.
